Who Leads the Vineyard?

First and foremost, we want Jesus to be our Lord and Leader.  Our leaders’ role is to submit to Him, see where His Spirit is pointing, then follow Him, and communicate that to others.

The Vineyard is full of leaders and is primarily led by volunteers and not professional staff.  One of our objectives is to give “everyone a chance to play.”

The Vineyard is led by three types of teams: the leadership team, who discern vision and implement direction; the finance management team, who oversee the finance and facilities; and the pastoral team, who are assigned to equip, train, and support others in fulfilling their ministry.
